20 Years of Technology, Project, & Cyber
I am a local small business owner with a 20-year career in technology, project management, and cybersecurity.
I spent 14 years managing onsite IT infrastructure and the last 6 years in cybersecurity hardening and auditing.
Our Council is currently rolling out its Digital Transformation Strategy 2023-2033, which aims to use technology to make things easier and do things better for the community. This is an important step forward, but major technology projects require careful oversight to stay on budget.
My expertise means I can work alongside our Council to support these technology investments. I want to help ensure that our digital upgrades run smoothly, remain secure, and deliver real value for ratepayers.
Burnie needs leaders with the right skills to help guide these complex projects, review processes, and keep ongoing costs in check so we can invest more back into our streets and services.
